  1. Chat us for a Refund & Return Product
  2. Include an unboxing video for complaint claims. Record clearly from before the package is opened until the end without pause. We’re sorry we can’t process the complaint if you don’t include a video when complaining.
  3. The deadline for returning goods is 7×24 hours after receiving the package.

Delivery Policy

  1. After the order is processed, for deliveries made after 1 pm, it will be processed the next day with regular delivery.
  2. We can only ship each item ordered by the Customer after We know and receive the payment fee for the item ordered by the Customer accurately and in accordance with the value of the item purchased by the Customer.
  3. Omid Health Style does not serve product shipments outside of Indonesia.
  4. Omid Health Style does not serve the shipping process on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (outside of working days and hours).
  5. We work with trusted logistics companies that will ship each User’s order.
  6. We trust logistics that have collaborated with Us in implementing the services, costs, estimated delivery times, and shipping guarantees listed on Our site.
  7. The estimated regular shipping time to the Jakarta area is around 1 working day, while shipping to other areas is determined by the location of the shipping address.
  8. Any form of complaint regarding shipping is the responsibility of the logistics company that works with Us. We will try to facilitate between the User and the logistics company that works with Us, and in connection with this, the User agrees to release Us from all claims and losses suffered by the User related to the order delivery process.
